Machining of elements on a CNC machine

Our company offers CNC numerical machining services for roof trusses, gazebos, canopies, elements of external architecture and other wooden elements (prefabricated structure) in accordance with the design or concept sent by the customer. The offer is addressed to carpenters and investors who appreciate the quality and precision of wooden elements. The execution of prefabricated elements significantly increases work efficiency and the time needed for assembly decreases dramatically. Thanks to this, you gain no need to process wooden elements on site, which involves many days of processing and fitting. All you have to do is place our ready-made elements in the right places (numbered) according to the design prepared by us and secure it with connectors and carpentry screws. We work on our material (our stock has over 50m3 of construction timber) or on material entrusted by the customer.

Advantages of woodworking on a CNC machine

CNC CNC machining technology manufactured in 2021 ensures precise preparation of roof trusses in accordance with the traditional art of carpentry – without the need to purchase specialized tools and spend hundreds of hours drawing and fitting materials. Including flipping and moving heavy timber beams around the construction site.

For the supplied wooden structure, we are able to:

  • prepare the notches in the rafters to be mounted on the wall plate,
  • sockets and tenons or complex structures with swords and supports,
  • dovetail elements,
  • basket and corner rafters, including lame rafters,
  • drilling for rafter locks,
  • decorative heads ending the rafters,
  • trimming, drilling, milling, slotting, marking and marking,
  • and many more,

Woodworking with CNC machine Speed Cut 3

Our CNC machine from the company Speed Cut 3 from Hundegger is mainly designed for fast and precise trimming as well as for processing (drilling, milling, slotting, marking, marking) simple wooden parts. When cutting truss elements or timber frame elements, it achieves unprecedented speed with full flexibility and precision.

Wood cross-sections from 20 x 40 mm to 200 x 450 mm can be processed at any length. The machine is equipped with two independently operating transport systems, which enables extremely fast woodworking and thus very short positioning times without the need for set-up or set-up.

Procedure for ordering trusses or prefabricated elements to be made on our CNC machine:

  • sending a plan of the roof truss and attic or plans of the prefabricated structure,
  • Submission of cross-sections
  • description of the location of the investment and the planned date,
