However, don’t let this confuse you… In this case, we are dealing with an unusual example, which is concentrated under one roof by the building called the “Angel Manor” built by the Tadeks Fertig Haus (tadeks.pl) company
This seemingly familiar body of the building, discreet details and subdued colors, are an example of a perfect combination of tradition with the simultaneous use of modern technological solutions, and above all with energy efficiency and an ecological approach to the way of building, which are actually becoming a necessity for us day by day.
The Angelic Manor is distinguished not only by the incredible quality of workmanship and attention to every detail, but also, which is particularly noteworthy, shows how perfectly the traditional aesthetics of the exterior complement each other with the functionality of a modern interior and energy efficiency for the 21st century. All these factors result in a building with extraordinary energy efficiency parameters, environmentally friendly, functional and practical. The technology in which the presented passive building was implemented is only “in its infancy” on the Polish construction market, unlike in other Western European countries such as Germany, Austria or Scandinavia, where the construction of a prefabricated wooden element is a strong basis of the local construction market.
Tadeks Fertig Haus presents a house where the use of excellent technical solutions in tandem with ecology gives economical and comfortable use. The Angelic Manor is a passive building, in which it is in vain to look for a traditional boiler room, because it is equipped with a modern heat pump, recuperation system, passive glazing, LED lighting and a central vacuum cleaner. However, this technique would be of no use if it were not for the highly energy-efficient construction of the building in the prefabricated wooden technology. Thanks to this technology, we can afford a small amount of energy needed to heat the building with minimal heat loss, because the building wall transfer coefficient is only U = 0.12 W/m2K (for comparison, in traditional buildings it is 0.30 W/m2K – 0.40 W/m2K). It should also be mentioned that the technology used allowed to shorten the construction process to the necessary minimum of 3 months, taking into account 263 m2 of net area, and due to the lack of wet works, it allows for immediate living immediately after the completion of all works.
With so many advantages, there is a “good climate” around energy-efficient and passive prefabricated construction in timber construction. Technology allows for quick and trouble-free construction of a dream and healthy home, and preferential loans for this purpose and non-refundable subsidies announced since 2013 will provide significant support for investors.
